Required Deposit
- Deposit Amount: A 30% non-refundable deposit of the estimated service cost must be paid at the time of booking to secure your spot on our schedule.
- Application of Deposit: This deposit is credited toward your final service total on the day of your appointment.
- Extension Cost: If hair extensions are required, the deposit covers the booking time; extension hair cost is quoted separately.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Non-Refundable Deposit: Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
- Rescheduling Window: You may reschedule once up to 48 hours before your original appointment time. The deposit will be transferred to the new date.
- Lateness Policy: We allow a grace period of 15 minutes. Arriving later may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
